PREPARE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

What time should I arrive? What time do we need to meet?
A: If you choose the Add-On, pick up time at the central location in Toronto will be 2:30 pm on Friday, March 8th, 2024 and you will return at the same location for 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 10th, 2024.
Ottawa is approximately 4hr - 5hr 10 min drive from the City of Toronto depending on traffic. If you are providing your own transportation, you will need to meet us at the hotel to check into your room by no later than 7:00 pm.
Where is the central location that we are meeting at?
A: For security purposes we only share the central location address with the guests that have registered to join us. That said, the central location in Toronto is TTC and vehicle accessible.
What should I bring?
A: Be prepared for the weather that weekend. Rain or shine the experience will be taking place. Since we are going in March, the temperatures will be a little cooler than in the city. We will be providing you with a list of what to pack closer to the date.
Can I attend and find my own accommodations?
A: Yes! If you are in the Ottawa/ Quebec region and do not require accommodations, you are more than welcome to still join the group. Your pricing will be different and you will not have daily breakfast included in your package. If you are not from those areas but wish to not stay with us in the accommodations you can still join us. Please note what is not included in your package.

GETTING THERE

Is transportation included in the price?
A: Transportation around Ottawa are included. If you have purchased the add-on roundtrip transportation, it will fit all 8 passengers comfortably. Otherwise, you can choose the train and provide your own transportation. Our accommodations has onsite free parking.

Do they accommodate food restrictions?
A: Yes, they do. Please identify on the registration form any food allergies or restrictions you have.

Is this a co-ed group experience? What is the age limit?
A: This is a co-ed group experience. All of our group experiences are 21 years and older age requirements.

PRICING, PAYMENTS & BOOKING

What is included in the price?

Which methods of payment are accepted for booking?
A: Payments are processed through Stripe. As such all major credit cards are accepted (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover). There is a 3.5% transaction fee that will be applied and is not part of your payment towards the final balance. To pay via e-transfer, please contact us at support@ellusiveco.com

How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: Once you’ve filled out the online registration form and made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Once your payment has been made in full, you will receive a detailed information package of all the details in advance to prepare for the weekend experience.

What is the deadline for full payment?
A: All payments must be completed by Friday, March 1st, 2024.

What is the payment plan?
A: There are 2 equal payments to be paid on the 8th of every month until February 8th 2024 when the balance is due in full. If you have signed up later than the payment schedule, your payments will be adjusted to reflect the due ate of February 8th 2024.

What if I miss the payment deadline?
A: If you do not make your payment deadline you will be subjected to a late payment fee of $25.00/day. Failure to pay by February 8th 2024 will result in cancellation of your experience and no refunds.

Do I have to use the payment plan or can I pay in full?
A: You can pay for the entire balance of your Spa experience and take advantage of the reduced rate when you pay in full.

CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERABILITY

What if I get sick and can’t make it. Do I get my money back?
A: All deposits are non-refundable and any monies paid thereafter the deposit are refundable up to one week from the date at which it becomes non-refundable. You may transfer to another guest for a fee of $75 cad up until February 9th, 2024.

What is the Policy for the name changes should I need to transfer my reservation?
A: Name changes are permitted for $75 cad per person. Name changes can only be made with people not currently booked for the experience. The person taking your place needs to register with a staff member at Ellusive’s Journeys. and provide their credit card information. You must work out the money already paid between yourselves. The person taking your place pays the remaining balance to Ellusive’s Journeys.
No name changes will be made after the deadline of February 16th 2024.

How many people are joining this trip?
A: We anticipate hosting up to 8 people on this particular experience.

When does registration close?
A: Registration closes two (2) weeks before the experience happens, though it may close sooner or later depending on how quickly the package sells out.
